AnandaPure takes FSHE then decarboxylates it and distills it. While this reduces the spectrum of the extract, the color, flavor, and fragrance all become lighter. This makes formulating with this product much easier than formulating with FSHE.

Most companies say that their hemp extract contains a full spectrum of cannabinoids—but they decarboxylate their extract, removing the acid forms: CBCa, CBDa, CBGa, and THCa. It is amazing to us that others remove cannabinoids on purpose and then advertise that their product contains a full spectrum of cannabinoids. Our FSHE also has terpenoids, carotenoids, fats and waxes. All we remove are the plant fiber, the sugars, and the chlorophyll, leaving the most important parts of the plant components behind so that our hemp extract can utilize all of the power of the entourage effect.
